Refund and Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at Naturalbondsmeta.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping to the continental United States of America.
Free shipping is available for orders over $35.00 USD
Free local delivery is available for orders over $35.00 within 20 mile. For orders under $35, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 1:00pm t0 3:00 pm on Monday-Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us naturalbondsmeta@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
